Tina Turner Knits really comes alive on Open Knit Night. No different than the sewing bees of old, these meetings let you share laughs and experience with people from all walks of life, united by their love of sticks and yarn.

Help Clinic

These time are open to anyone with a knitting or crochet dilemma. Drop a stitch? Forget where you are in a pattern? Just coming back to a project you started years ago?

All classes are held once a week unless otherwise noted. Payment is due at time of registration.

Other times are available with a 2 student minimum.

Learn to Knit 

Here is just the class to get you going. You will learn how to cast on, knit, purl, some decreases and increases and to bind off. $20 per hour by appointment. 

Supplies needed for class: Light colored #4 worsted weight yarn, and size US #7 needles.

Private Lessons with Tina Turner

Perhaps you and a friend have been talking about learning to knit - this is the perfect solution! Maybe your teenager and a friend would enjoy a lesson or two? Or, here's an opportunity to get the special attention your need to master a particularly tricky skill. $20 per hour by appointment.

Sewing and Blocking Drop-Off

Many students work their way through their first sweater and feel completely overwhelmed by the prospect of then having to put the pieces together. Just finished your first shawl and have no idea how to block it? Let Tina do it for you. Drop off your projects for expert finishing. Prices vary by project.
